Non-Surgical or Mini Consultation Deposit

For your convenience and added flexibility, secure your consultation with one of our expert team members—Nurse Practitioner Kristina, Nurse Erin, or Dr. Maia's Patient Consultant, Alana—by paying a refundable deposit of $0.10. This deposit helps us collect your information for our late cancellation and no-show policy. Your deposit will be refunded once your consultation is completed.

Please note that a $75 fee will be charged if you fail to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up. This policy allows us to offer our services efficiently and respect the time of all our patients. 

Your card information can also be collected over the phone at the time of scheduling your consultation.
